Big Winners and Big Fish at the Remarkable Venue Awards (France)
Presented by our CEO Luuc Elzinga at L'Aquarium de Paris, the Tiqets Remarkable Venue Awards (TRVA) were a chance for us to bring together our partners and recognize the great work being done to create fantastic experiences for our customers.
Venues were judged on the following criteria: Same day booking, instant delivery, direct mobile entrance, no queuing, the number of reviews and – most importantly – how our customer reviewed their experience. “Our customer feedback is so valuable. We use it to improve our service, but also share this with our venues so they can improve their experiences. We wanted to pool this feedback in a way that rewards our standout venues for their excellent service,” said Chief Supply Officer Maarten Raaijmakers.
This was the first event of its kind, but there are plans to roll out future TRVAs “At Tiqets we connect amazing venues to our customers, and we want to highlight the work these venues do in helping us deliver the best experiences,” Elzinga said.
